Decision made to adopt

My heart is overflowing.  We are going to be sending our application and doctrinal statement and first fee in on Monday!  Phil's going to do his testimony this weekend.  This week was a roller coaster.  But just to know that we are getting the process started is AMAZING!  I cannot stop smiling.  I laughed in my sleep this morning (akin to talking in one's sleep) and woke myself up - hahaha - and then couldn't go back to sleep.  I walked into the bathroom where Phil was and he saw me and said, "You haven't stopped smiling, huh?"  :D
