Our dossier is ready to go to China!
Wait, I didn't have enough emphasis and an appropriate number of exclamation marks...
OUR DOSSIER IS READY TO GO TO CHINA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Our social worker is trying to get it uploaded so that we can be DTC: Dossier To China! The new computer system is not yet working properly although we have heard that dossiers have been successfully uploaded. But like I've been saying since we found out about China changing their system right before we were supposed to be DTC, I believe this will in the end be a way that God speeds along our adoption process. There were TONS of travel approvals issued last week. I'm hoping that once our dossier finally makes it to China, they will be processing successfully and we will get a speedy quick Log-in Date (LID) followed by an amazingly fast Letter of Approval (LOA) and Travel Approval (TA). Phil and I both feel like we'll be going to get Sammy soon... not because of any reasonable or rational fact. We just feel that way in our hearts.
There is an excitement bubbling up inside. It starts in my stomach and then wells up in my throat and then I realize I might cry - which seems a little ridiculous - so I swallow it back down so it stays. Hahaha!
Phil's been chanting D-T-C, D-T-C, D-T-C, all week! I asked him if he would stand up at his desk at work and just start yelling when I tell him we got Travel Approval. He said he would stand up and yell when we are DTC. LOL! I wish I could see that!
