How Far Along: 2 weeks
How I'm feeling: momentarily at peace, but sometimes nervous
Gender: ....still waiting for the FOR SURE... girl!
Total bills so far: $300 (home study application fee)
Ways God is working: Our application fee for Lifeline is waived - savings of $250! Got in for physicals (usually schedule months in advance) with our doctor. Kids physicals schedules months ago for next week - perfect timing!
Things learned: That we need to get pre-pre-approval to start the adoption process... so we are waiting for that... and I'm hoping this is the hardest waiting we'll have to do. :)
Stuff we've done for the adoption this week: We continued contacting references; applied to the home study agency; got both our physicals/lab work/tb tests done; started preparing the packet for our Letter of Intent; revamped the adoption blog
What I am looking forward to: Hearing whether we can adopt again and getting the ball rolling full speed ahead! Telling our kids that they are getting a new sister!!!
