Our Adoption: Week 14

How Far Along: 14 weeks

How I'm feeling: In awe of our God!!!
Gender: a boy!

Favorite moments: We heard yesterday from our landscaper that he will sponsor our next fundraiser - HUGE NEWS!!!  I can't wait to tell everyone about our big fundraiser to bring Sammy home!!!!  STAY TUNED!!!  

Another fun moment is that we are staying with my sister, brother-in-law, and niece's house one last time before they move out West.  We got to celebrate Sweet T's 2nd birthday and my 1st nephew's 12th!  It was a weekend to treasure for sure!

Things learned: That learning about Sammy's medical condition from library books can be a double edged sword - in one respect, I'd like to be prepared so I don't make mistakes... so I can make wise decisions once he's home, but the flip side is there is so much information out there that doesn't apply to him or gets me feeling anxious and worrisome.  
What I am looking forward to: Enjoying more Sweet T this week as she stays at our house.  And of course, I will be glad to get our dossier finished - meaning we'll have our fingerprints taken, approved, 800a application approved, and all the rest of our paperwork collected and sent.
