Ways God is working: Phil and I worked on the Hot Air Balloon project for hours yesterday and it’s nearly ready for launch. Now we are praying for God’s timing for the launch.
13 days into our LOA way and God has given me such peace and joy through the wait. It is truly from Him and I cannot praise Him enough for this incredible gift!
An anonymous donor contacted us this week and said they want to do a matching funds grant for our auction!!!!! So for every $1 raised through the auction event, the donor will give an additional 25 cents! Amazing how God is taking one woman’s efforts and multiplying it over and over again!
Things learned: I already knew this (hence the preparations for a rummage sale) but WE HAVE TOO MUCH STUFF IN OUR HOUSE!!!! I’m So looking forward to getting it out into the garage as soon as it warms up and being free of the stuff!
Stuff we've done for the adoption this week: Put a moratorium on any spending indefinitely… :)
What I am looking forward to: The auction starts on Sunday and I’m super excited about it! There is a raffle as an incentive for people to spread the word.
Praying: For wisdom in the timing of the Hot Air Balloon Project launch date; for an awesome auction event that glorifies God Almighty and brings more attention to orphan care and adoption; for PopPop to safely return from VN on Friday; for warm weather so we can get the house cleared out and ready for more kids! :)
