Our adoption: 33 weeks

How Far Along: 33 weeks 2 days
How I'm feeling: stressed yesterday, excited today
Gender: GIRL!
Total bills so far: $14610.09
Bills this week: $350 for our visas and courier fee
Ways God is working: The DS260 computer system is back up and running!  We got 800 approval on Monday!  We got our GUZ number today!  LOTS OF MOVEMENT!!!!  Also, our respite baby HAS A FAMILY!!!!!!!!  We will babysit a couple of times instead of taking him for the 10 days - we are THRILLED!!!  Also, Phil's grandma had coins in her house and Phil's mom said that Grandma would have liked to have helped with Jemma's adoption.  So the coins are being used towards Brody and Jenny's plane tickets to come up to care for the kids while we're in China!  $420!!!
Also, I've felt a new peace about the van purchase and am excited to see how God is going to use it!!!  Praying for His perfect timing in that purchase.
Things learned:   800 approval is for Jemma's visa to be issued.  We also need to prove that we've done everything according to the Hague Treaty, so now that we have our GUZ number, we can request a copy of the cable letter going to China and email that with the DS260 confirmation page to our social worker so that she can send it to the US Consulate in China.  They will drop it off with the CCCWA to show that we are compliant with the Hague Treaty which takes 10 days.  Once that is picked back up from the CCCWA, then we are officially in our Travel Approval wait!!!  (Yes, it's a lot learned!)
Stuff we've done for the adoption this week: Rummage sale work, emailed NVC for our GUZ number and received it!, applied for our visas, worked on child care information for Brody and Jenny
What I am looking forward to:  the rummage sale!!!

Pictures of the week:
We've decided to finally sell the piano.  We have to get an 88-key piano if Lily's going to continue piano lessons.  I have two people interested already, but if it doesn't sell this week, then we will advertise at our rummage sale next week!
