We got to FaceTime with the kids this last night (their morning). It was REALLY nice!
Jemma and I let Daddy sleep in this morning and went down to the breakfast buffet. See her pretty new shoes?
She was more interested in attempting to feed herself for the very first time than actually eating but I wasn't about to discourage her (even though the wait staff had to bring us THREE clean forks because hers kept dropping on the floor).
Daddy took Jemma down to the buffet with him so I could start getting things into suitcases strategically. Then he took her for a walk and they saw these tanks outside of a restaurant.
In the background of this picture is a kids play place with none other than HOT AIR BALLOONS! We kept meaning to take Jemma but it just didn't work out. So Phil took this picture while they were out. It's like a jumping toy that you hold onto the poles of the hot air balloons and jump on a little cushion.

We've had fun here in China looking for great t-shirts:
Jemi fell asleep in the stroller and so they walked around for quite a while so I could finish packing.
After Jemma woke up, we decided to go walk around for a bit. We needed to pick up my sister's China Starbucks mug because hers cracked and then we wanted to look at the cakes at the Surprise Me shop. After doing those two things, my clothes were wet from the humidity so I decided to skip the rest of the adventure and go back to the hotel room.
I enjoyed a cold coconut drink and did some blogging.
Phil got dinner for everyone while Jemma played with toys. She is so out of sorts today.
Jemma barely ate any supper and just wanted to stand in the desk chair - little stinker!
It rained quite a bit today and even thundered! It was the perfect ending to our trip to China! (I love a good thunderstorm.)
Phil flipped on the tv to see if there might by chance be an episode of our show on and took a picture of this. It's been a good trip. I'm looking forward to being home - just have to stick a few last things into our carry-on and then the bellboy comes bright and early at 5:45am tomorrow to get our bags so we can check out and head to Hong Kong at 6am. :D
But first Phil's heading to get a Balinese massage. :D
